I bought a large thinking I would need it, but I would’ve felt way better with a medium! It can make you look bigger than you are so make sure you choose the right size. Also as you can see, it has layers that can be kind of sheer looking in certain lighting. The quality of the dress isn’t bad. I did take in the shoulder strap in a little bit because it was too thick for my liking.

I am 180lbs and 5’5. I usually always go for XL to not have a tight fit but M fit perfect in this case!! I was very surprised with the fit on this dress, very stretchy and perfect length!!
