These sandals are wide. I could have sized down but it’s not so wide that the fit won’t work for me. I haven’t been hiking yet. I did take a 14.5 road trip in them and worked perfectly. I plan to test out the hiking soon. Will be wearing lots this summer.
Update– absolute favorite summer shoe. Wear all the time. Went hiking. Still love. Again toe area is wide and not adjustable. It works for me. 🙂

Wear all the time.

These are not comfortable. They are very stiff and firm. These hurt my feet and are not the pillow clouds I’ve read in reviews.
This specific model from TEVA was used to walk around Disneyworld and Universal Orlando for a 5 day amusement park adventure in Florida. Each day I walked at least 20,000 steps, highest being 26k steps at 12.04 miles.
My partner purchased the TEVA Men’s Hurricane Xlt2 Sandals with EVA Foam Midsole and Rugged Durabrasion Rubber Outsole. He loved his sandals and says those are now his go to footwear for humid and wet weather.
If you need an open toed footwear for outdoor activities in humid environments with a chance of rain and you don’t want to walk around in soggy socks, then these are not the sandals you are looking for; I’d opt for an adult model and not a unisex adult kids style.

I wasn’t sure if these would work for me as they don’t have the adjustable strap across the toes like the other Teva’s, but they fit great! I also have a high in-step and the ankle straps were no issue for me at all. For reference, I also ordered the Teva Universal’s to try and my foot was too wide for the toe strap on those.
Comfort wise these are very similar to wearing Crocs – love them! They look pretty fashionable and not too clunky.

What can I say? I was originally skeptical when my GF said try these. I ordered the first pair in white (not shown), and tried it for a week.
My first impressions:
This is the first set of Teva’s I’ve ever owned that I’m not embarrassed to wear all over the place. They don’t look like sports, hiking, or adventure sandals like the rest of their product line looks like. Meaning “hippie” hiking, biking, kayaking, running type of sport sandals. They can dress up or down. I’ve worn them to the beach, and even worn them (the black one) with a dress at a dinner event, and I got nothing but compliments, and shock from the ladies when I told them they’re TEVAS.
The different hues are very pleasant and stylish. Any of the colors can go with almost any color outfit. They fit and feel so nice. The material is almost like a “crocs” type of material. There’s no fabric or webbing like normal Teva sandals, there’s no synthetic or leather footbed, so (thankfully) these don’t seem to withhold that “stink feet” (EEW) smell.
Easy to wash, easy to clean. Just hose them off if used at the beach, or gently scrub them with a sponge or gentle nylon toothbrush if used in the dirt. The front strap is not adjustable; the top (ankle) strap is velcro and is adjustable to a certain extent. I keep the strap snug, not tight. It helps NOT to have that ankle strap too loose, that will lead to chaffing believe it or not, rather than keeping it loose. But not too tight! Or your foot will lose circulation which is WORSE.
I get a lot of compliments, for those of you who like attention that you get from wearing NICE shoes, sandals, slippers. Since I live in Hawaii we have a mostly flip flop, sandal type of culture, and these are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for that purpose.
The black and white ones are the most versatile: I’ve worn the black one with a dress to dinner and another time to a business function. The white one I’ve worn to a friend’s wedding. I was the most comfortable lady there, I guarantee it! It’s normally hard to find nice white sandals to wear to moderate to classy events, and the white ones, well cared for and clean, fit the bill.
I didn’t think to take pictures of me wearing the white ones, sorry! LOL!!!
I can’t speak highly enough of these. So far I have one each of the white, black, lake green, and mango sandals. I love these.
The fit? Well they’re about 1/4″ too long, but that’s minor. You don’t really want to size them too close from heel to toe anyway, otherwise if you use them for hiking or walking, you’ll stub your toes all the time. Also, the front strap, sized oh so lightly too large (1/2 size up), sits right on the top of where what you’d call the toe first “knuckles” lie, and feels the best, for me anyway. The toes are allowed to bend and flex, you can still wiggle them and lift your toes for flexibility and comfort.
Good for dirt, sand, water, mud, and (cleaned off carefully) even a night out on the town if you wanna make a fashion statement? Wear a white dress with mango sandals? Yes! You can do it with this one if you want to. Wear mango (orange) designer glasses and you’ll set a fashion statement!!!

I think the headline says it all. but I will add that they are not hot as one would expect being all plastic, the straps have little striations which allow for the feet ‘to breath.’
comfortable for walking, the sole add enough padding but arent too thick, and the sandals themselves are light weight, however the straps over the feet do not adjust so if you have small feet that might be a problem.

Comodi e pratici, si asciugano immediatamente ed hanno un buona aderenza anche sulle rocce scivolose. Perfetti per chi deve camminare su sentieri o stradelli per raggiungere il mare o il lago o il fiume.

I’m a solid size 8 in every shoe I’ve ever bought including Teva. However as other reviewers have said order a size down. I ordered a 7 and they are perfect. I have slightly wider feet and they fit my feet nicely. I like that there is just one strap. They’re very comfortable and very cute.

I’m keeping these shoes because I’m out of time for vacation and these are good enough. I got a size 10 in the birch.
Pros:
-The color is beautiful. It looks pretty white in the pictures but it’s more of a light bone/beige color.
-Ankle strap can go pretty tight
-Comfy, cushion-y
Cons
-I am a true size 10 and the length of these is totally fine but the front strap is way loose. I tried a size 9 and it was too small. If they had a 9.5 available that probably would have been the perfect size.
Concerned about the lack of support as my foot may wiggle around a bit and I am just getting over a metatarsal stress fracture. I would half size down for anyone purchasing these unless you have wide feet.

I’m a loyal Teva customer and have been wearing my 16-year-old Mush on 3/4 mile hikes to and from our family’s favorite beach. I love them, but the flip-flops are tough with that kind of terrain. When I saw these, I knew they would be the perfect solution. They look like Tevas, but they’re extraordinarily lightweight but durable. These will absolutely make for a comfortable hike out, will be great on the beach, and easy to rinse off for the hike back. I read several reviews suggesting I order down a size, which was terrific advice. I’m normally an 8, but the 7’s fit me perfectly!

Son de las sandalias más cómodas y resistentes que he comprado. Incluso mi mamá me pidió unas y también las amó. Ya me compraré otras porque mi gata las destruyó un leve.
