Le livreur m’a remis le colis “précieux” très gentiment .. Très aimable, respectueux, il a vu le code que je tendais et j’ai pris mon paquet.. Je viens de le déballer et j’ose espérer pouvoir le porter.. J’ai tellement de bijoux SWAROVSKI qui sont pure merveille que je ne sais jamais quoi mettre.. Le collier brille de mille feux comme tous les bijoux Swarovski.. Toutefois, il manquait le certificat d’authenticité dans la jolie boîte bleue.
Je suis très contente d’avoir pu profiter de ce collier à un prix si bas.. Donc, je ne vais pas me priver ! Merci au Vendeur et au Livreur.. Tout est parfait.. Et le collier magnifique.. Pour les retardataires, allez y vous ne le regretterez pas !

The accessory to put the necklace together is missing , if it won’t take so long for the refund of the money I would ask for it, but in this case it is “faster” to receive a replacement.

Llevaba mucho tiempo queriendomelo comprar. Lo único es que no te viene la garantía, el sobresito de que es una compra original.
Fui a una tienda oficial y me dijeron que si era original. Llamé para preguntar por el sobre a Amazon y no me dieron ninguna respuesta ni tampoco se ofrecieron una solución.
También tuve un problema con la entrega, en el edificio que vivo no es seguro, y no me gusta que lo dejen a mis vecinos ya que hay cosas que no se me entregaron a mí persona y no están.
Lo mismo pasó con este envío, por más que me canso de dejarlo en las instrucciones o llamando(o cuando me llaman) de la empresa de paquetería, (aún yo ofreciéndome de ir a buscarlo) nunca me entregan a mí los paquetes y se lo entregan aquín quieren y ni siquiera me dicen a qué vecino. Por suerte está vez se lo dejaron a un buen vecino que si me dio mi paquete.
Cabe recalcar que en este envío pagas gastos de envío.
