They are true to fit across the brand. This is my 4th pair of Sketchers size 10 and they all fit exactly the same. Are very stylish and my feet don’t get sore during my long 12 1/2 hr shifts at the hospital. You do, however, have to be cautious on wet floors as they do lose some traction. Great value and feel lighter and more comfy than nursing shoes I’ve had.
