Got it in black. The blouse is cute in the front and fits well. The back is thin and very tight. BUT THE SMELL??? It smells like it was fumigated with some sort of chemicals. Even after four washes-before-wearing. The smell is still so strong I don’t think I can ever wear it.

The shape of this blouse would be flattering on anyone. I am 5’10 and 190lbs. I ordered the large and it fits PERFECTLY. Almost tight but very flattering with skirts or dress pants. If you like a “loose” top, order a size up. I am going to take these to Italy as they do not wrinkle and you can dress them up or down. I went back and got 3 more. Great for work, church or with a jean jacket. LOVE!!!! PS. I am 57 and these tops would flatter a 20 something or a 70 something.

I ordered the Navy, Blue Green, Wine Red and Grey tops in medium. I think they run true to size, I’m an 8/10 and a medium fit perfectly. I am not busty, if you are big busted I would size up. The navy is pretty true to color, maybe a tad darker. The wine red is also true to color, but it’s not burgundy if you are looking for a darker wine red. The blue green is hard to describe. It’s darker than what’s shown and of the three was the one I liked the least. The grey is also darker than pictured. I kept the navy and returned the others. One weird thing to note was that the wine red and blue green were slightly tighter than the grey and navy. I’m not sure if that was a fluke or if maybe someone larger than me previously tried them on? Regardless it’s a nice quality top, definitely worth the price point and I’d recommend it. I paired it with a pair of white wide legged dress pants and navy heels.

We are all self conscious about something, and for me, that’s my arms. Whether I’m a size 4 or a 14, I always have beefy arms. As such, I am always trying to cover them up, even in summer. This year I really packed on some weight, but my son graduated from high school and I knew he would want a photo with me. I searched for a simple black top I could pair with a satin skirt, and I came across Grace Karin. I wasn’t too sure about trying short sleeves, but it’s June, and I would be in a stadium with hundreds of people crammed together for 90 minutes, sooo…
To my surprise, this top was SO flattering! It hugged in all the right places, and had room in all the right places. I’m a 44DD and ordered the XL and it was perfect. Showed off the girls just right, without being inappropriate. The ruffle on the sleeve was super cute and hid the top part of my arm just right. The fabric was a quality weight — not at all see through. The garment was very well constructed. I will be ordering more of this designer!!!

I love the look and feel of this blouse but, it runs big and while a small can be ok for me in some cases this was not. I really wish they carried it in an XS. I would have definitely purchased it in other colors if it did.

I really like this top.
It is a flattering top. The material drapes very well in the sleeves and ruching.
The front is lined over the stomach so it lays very nicely in the front.
I bought two colors and both tops were true to the colors and fit the same.
I have worn both tops when I needed to be a bit more dressy and have received compliments on both.
The bodice is fitted, but is not tight or uncomfortable.
The sleeves are very flowy and not constricting at all. I also love that there is a panel under the arms to cover the body, but not restrict movement. You do not see the bra in the underarm area because of this.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for the following reasons:
1. The material wrinkles easily and the wrinkles don’t always come out when washed.
2. The top is a bit too-low cut for me and can fall open and be too revealing. However, because the rest of the top fits so well, I bought a couple of different bras that I can wear underneath and that look like I’m wearing layering tops for additional coverage.
I wasn’t planning having to purchase additional bras for these tops, but am glad I did because I feel so much more comfortable without worrying that the top may fall open.
My bust is a bit on the smaller size. I am a 36B and ordered a Medium. If your bust is fuller, you may not have this same issue. If you bust is smaller like mine, be prepared to wear something underneath for additional coverage.
I do recommend this top and will consider a couple of other colors in the future.
