The black Pearl was a beautiful & beautifully designed piece of jewelry.

The pendant is quite beautiful, but I have to knock two stars off for a few reasons. First, for all the bragging in the listing about choosing the highest quality darkest pearls, I was expecting a truly black pearl. The pearl I received is more like a dark grey, even lighter in person than in the photo I provided. Second, the listing describes the chain as 18k white gold plated sterling silver, however the authentication card I received with it only mentions that it is sterling silver, nothing about gold plating. Third, there is no information provided about the other gemstones mounted or their authenticity. I have no idea if they are real diamonds. Finally, there is no information provided about the chain itself, and I see no sterling or .925 marking on it, leading me to believe it is some kind of stainless steel. Other than those issues, it does look like it does in the listing photo and I’m really hoping my girl likes it.
