I am absolutely in love with Coach Lana bags. This 23 size and the shoulder bag. This is a very well made bag and it’s made of all leather. The inside of the bag is also lined in leather, which makes keeping it clean easier. I now have 4 Lana’s and plan to get a few more, as they style is perfect for me as an everyday bag. This is one Coach bag I would recommend to almost anyone. The black on black color way is PERFECT and allows for so much versatility. The shipping was super fast and it was packaged very very well. It was still in all of Coach’s factory wrapping, which added to the experience. I can’t stress enough how much I love this bag!

The bag was so much smaller than I expected And it was all wrapped up in plastic and did not have the coach felt bag with it I felt like it was a fake. I returned it they have it and I am still waiting for my refund to be processed . Amazon is usually so good with refunds I will not order Coach from Amazon again

Received the bag pretty fast. It was packaged nicely and was factory wrapped. Included the dust bag and tags with the detachable crossbody strap. Overall I love the bag and the size is medium. It does have a strong magnetic closure pouch in the center which is nice – mainly keep my keys and wallet in there. Great everyday bag and wouldn’t mind buying 1 more in a darker color.

Perfect size, shape and color! I wanted this so bad but it’s sold out on coach, I was happy to find it here plus it delivered literally the next day. Couldn’t be happier although I do with they packaged it like they do from the store. It fits a ton, like I honestly don’t know how it does it but it does. I’m a mom of two toddlers and I can fit all of our essentials including a full sized wallet, diapers, small pack of wipes, tiny first aid kit, key chapstick,sanitizer, toothpicks, deodorant— the list goes on. It’s my new favorite bag, I’m excited to buy more charms and things to accessorize it with. Highly recommend!

The packaging was perfect! Everything was so nicely packed. The quality of the bag is amazing. It has so much space and it is so cute!! I bought some charms to go with it and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The only small complaint I have, is on the shoulder strap. The piece that is supposed to hold the extra part of the strap down is a little loose and keeps sliding down. But other than that it is a perfect bag!
